Garage parking

The automatic parking system is a modern concept of parking with a high capacity of places, unattainable in any other way. It is designed safely, cooperates with the user and saves demands on the driver compared to underground garages. The vehicle is stored in a temperate area. Snow, ice and running water are safely intercepted and taken away. A parked vehicle cannot be stolen or broken into. The area is monitored by fire and security sensors.

The function itself is simple:

• Vehicle reception: The user is informed about the readiness of the parking facility. They open the entrance gate with the remote control, when the vehicle approaches, the user watches the movement on the interactive display and after the STOP signal, turns off the engine, activates the handbrake, gets out and locks the car. After leaving the transport area, they confirm the braking of the car and the request to enter the garage on the first and second underground areas of the building.
• Release the car: The user issues a request for the release of the car with the remote control, the system picks up the car and places it before the exit. The user confirms the opening of the gate, enters the car and leaves, while the door and the gate close automatically.
• Other situations: The system allows you to pick up forgotten things from a parked car using a shortened combination of steps.

The system actively communicates with the user through an interactive display, control panel, traffic light and sound signaling. The remote dispatch monitors the system 24/7, including the service group, and the chances of preventing exit are statistically similar to classic garages.
